Read BioInclusive Healers of the Heartland makes healthcare fair and respectful for everyone. We train providers to understand different cultures, support diverse caregivers, build leaders from all backgrounds, and work closely with our communities.
We envision a healthcare system where culturally informed care is the norm.
IHHI was created from the personal experiences of each of the IHHI founders.
Our founders—licensed BIPOC therapists—built IHHI to address the gaps they experienced firsthand:
• Limited culturally informed care
• A shortage of trainings tailored to specific communities
Today, we’re on a mission to shift the narrative and put diverse clients and providers at the center of care.
